Dancing With The Cars, Auto Show 2017.
This year's Pittsburgh International Auto Show. "Dancing with the Cars," was held Thursday February 16, 2017 at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. Presented by the Greater Pittsburgh Automobile Dealers Association. The event raised $405, 500 for the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix charities. The charities featured during the event are the Autism Society of Pittsburgh and Allegheny Valley School. Nearly 700 guests gathered for food, drinks, live entertainment, and most importantly to view the newest vehicles. The venue was filled with Lincolns, Audis, Jaguars, Chevrolets, Fords, Kia, Mercedes, and more. The guest enjoyed all of the beautiful fully loaded American and Foreign cars. The party began with a Champagne reception, which was followed by theribbon cutting that led guest onto the showroom floor. Former NFL Steeler Charlie Batch said,"Always a fun VIP event before the Pittsburgh Auto Show opens officially." CEO of Greater Pittsburgh Automobile Dealer Association welcomed everyone and presented a check to Autism Society CEO Jesse Redline. One of the hit cars of the evening was a vintage classic. The 1955 Mercedes Benz 300SL Gullwing Coupe, which was restored by Hahn Vorbach & Associates. Former Steeler Wes Lyons said, "I attend this charity event every year. Its one of my favorite events to be a part of, and more importantly I support the cause."
