Pamper Party for Foster Moms!

Sunday June 11, 2017 a few Pittsburgh agencies came together to show women a good time and that they are appreciated. This event wasn't for just any women, it was held specifically for MOTHERS! Mothers are awesome and extremely important! It is crucial that we take moments to appreciate them. Three Rivers Adoption Council, Auberle, Every Child Incorporated, Greater Valley, Pressley Ridge, Try Again Homes, Three Rivers Youth, and Wesley Spectrum all came together as a team to put on the event. It took place at the East Liberty Presbyterian Church from 2-4pm. The event was FREE, and offered food. The mothers had the opportunity to be treated like a queen and shop! Vendors provided leggings, candles, chocolates, essential oils, jewelry, and more. Janet Clark, "My life pretty much revolves around my family. As a mother of three foster kids, it can be rough. So it was nice to leave the pampers at home and to come be pampered."
