The Great Xscape Tour> Review.

By: Paige K. Mitchell The Great Xscape Tour just went down at the Wolstein Theatre in Cleveland, Ohio! The 5 Star Event took place on Wednesday December 20, 2017, just a few days before Christmas, at 8:00pm. The concert surprisingly started on time, beginning at 8:06pm and lasted until 12:32am. Yes, the concert was long. But every act made it well worth your dollar and time to attend. The girl’s group, put together by former Destiny’s Child member Kelly Rowland entitled, June’s Diary took the stage first. Their act was followed by Zonnique, young solo singer who is the daughter of Tiny and T.I. Harris. Ebony Ransom said, “The main act I came to see was, Monica. But I have to say, I’m enjoying all of them. Especially, the cute female group, June’s Diary. I was very impressed.” Tamar Braxton hit the stage next, giving her heartfelt performance and tribute to how liberated she feels since filing for divorce. Her and her back up dancers filled the stage with hot dance moves, and of course lots of twerking. Tamar opened up the stage to 8 select individuals who were given the opportunity to sing live in front of thousands. One guy in particular impressed Tamar. The others... not too much (lol). After Tamar, the breathtaking Monica hit the stage singing all of her hit records. Monica has been in the game for 22 years and she gets better with time. Monica’s performance was so long. She changed her outfit three times, and the crowd loved every bit of it. Lastly, The reunited iconic female group, Xscape hit the stage. The group meshed together so well, some forgot they had not been together for so many years. TT Solomon Said, “I loved the memes and throwback videos and pictures Xscape showed during their performance. Baggy clothes were in style for women back then (laughter). And I thought it was cute how the husbands came out on stage too.” Kandi Burruss Of Xscape Said, I will be going on her big broadway debut in a few months. And she also expressed her love to all the fans. Kandi & her husband Todd and June’s Diary held a meet and greet while also selling their products. Kandi sold Bedroom Kandi and June’s Diary sold and signed their Fresh Dolls. This was a sold out event.
