Cardi B has held the #1 spot on Billboard charts for three consecutive weeks, and came to Pittsburgh during her birthday weekend to perform 3 of her hot singles on Sunday October 15, 2017 at Club Xtaza in the Strip District. “Hey Y’all. This is my third time in Pittsburgh, and y’all are litty,” Cardi B said. Over 1,000 people gathered and waited patiently in line at 10:00pm. The line was wrapped around the corner. Lisa Smith, “I arrived at Xtaza at 10:15pm and waited in line outside until 11:35pm. I didn’t expect the crowd to build so quickly. The whole city came out to see Cardi.” She hit the stage at 1:10am, and the entire club went crazy as they pulled out their smart phones to record and catch all the action. Cardi B brought her official DJ, while WAMO 100’s Mike Dean hosted before her arrival on stage. During her performance she was surprised with a Birthday Cake from, Joelisa McDonald. Cardi B allowed a few fans on stage to dance with her, as they danced to one her newest club bangers. She also premiered one of her new songs that has not been officially released from her label and management yet. The event was presented by Tip Off Productions.
